Communication

The staff at Draftfree Construction is very accessible, weather by phone or e-mail. Clients get the cell phone number of their project point man enabling an open link of communication for the duration of the job.

Scheduling and Appointments

We understand that time management is a high priority to our clients. Appointments both for information gathering and work are strictly adhered to, and clients are notified prior to the scheduled start date for final confirmation.

Housekeeping

While any work is being done in a client’s home, great care is taken to protect areas that are not being serviced. We cover all carpets that lead to the work zone, and if possible section off the work area from the rest of the house to keep dirt and dust to a minimum.
